Your Contribution
- To handle customer complaint following SCHOTT Global rules
- To implement and follow up Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) system related with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) following global standard
- To prepare and evaluate quality agreement with customers
- To define and control implementation of customer special requirements
- To control cost of non-quality in order to reach defined target
- To prepare quality department monthly report
- To prepare all required data and trending analysis report for customer feedback
- Refer to point. No.7, to organize and lead the discussion, workshop with respective department related with customer feedback.
- To monitor and coordinate daily job related with design and specification, supplier development with subordinates and supplier audit with purchasing.
- If necessary, discuss with customer (visit or telco) related with customer feedback and Acceptable Quality Level (AQL).
- Represent Quality as Lead Auditor when performing supplier audit
Your Profile
- Engineering degree or professions related to technology and/or manufacturing.
- Min. of 3 years of vocational experience in the fields of technical areas (quality or production or supply chain)
- MS Office, good command of the English language, SAP knowledge desirable
- Understanding and capable to implement root cause analysis technique for effective problem solving
- Clear understanding about the quality requirements and expectation of the customers
- Understanding the objectives and goals of the company
- Knowledge and understand about the ISO 9001 & ISO 15378 requirements
- Knowledge and understand about the ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements
