IT Business Analyst (m/w/x) in Capital Markets Area

In this position you will work in the Foreign Exchange and Money Market Stream which is responsible for running and enhancing the main Treasury Applications of the RBI group. You will be part of a motivated and international team. In your role you act as a central coordinator for our 3rd party as well as own developed applications both on the operation and innovation side. Although based in Vienna, the role has also a strong CEE focus and interaction with clients in 8 countries.

Your mission at RBI

• You will run and enhance RBI´s main Treasury applications
• You will deal with innovation as well as day to day topics
• You will apply your business skills as well as your technical skills
• You will work in an agile environment together with other team members, Scrum Master and Product Owner
• You will be working co-located on the trading floor directly with Traders and Sales
• Your contribution will have a group wide impact: you will collaborate with stakeholder from 8 countries

Your core competencies

• Know how in Foreign Exchange and Money Market / showing strong interest in Capital Markets
• Business Analysis capabilities incl. process understanding and high IT affinity
• Advanced Knowledge of (Oracle) SQL
• Hands-on experience with agile and adaptive working methodologies (Dev-Ops/Scrum/Kanban)
• Fluent knowledge of English; German is appreciated, but not mandatory

Nice to have

• Programming experience with R or Python is highly appreciated
• University degree in Business Informatics, Business Economics or similar

• Salary: the offered gross yearly salary starts at 48.000 Euro (basis full-time) excluding overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
