About the job
We are now looking for new colleagues to our Customer Support team in the Nordic sales company. We have started a journey to develop our customer support organization and here you will play an important role.

You will support our customers and colleagues in all Nordic countries both for capital sales and after sales from order to invoicing.
Who you are
To succeed in this role you should be a commercial and administrative person team player. You are structured and self-going and like interacting with others. You're a great communicator who enjoys interacting with customers through both phone and email. You always maintain a professional approach and keep the customer at the center of your conversations. Helping others and providing excellent service is something you genuinely enjoy.
This is a temporary position starting as soon as position and until end of 2023.
What you know
To be successful in this position you have:
You have customer support or service experience, preferably. You can handle more than one thing at a time. You act fast on customer requests and understand the importance to act correctly and get things done.
You have good knowledge in MS Office and if you have experience from ERP systems it is an advantage since this role requires use of different IT systems and tools.
Practicalities
You will be placed in our office in Kolding & report to the Customer Support Manager.
