PM Back Office Assistant (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
- Manage processes and individual project tasks in cooperation with the PM
- Support the PM by the creation of the customer monthly/bi-weekly reporting
- Administrative tasks in the initial phase of the project (mapping site access road, resource workflows, creation of project information package for the site team)
- Process purchase orders for the whole project execution phase
- Support with supplier/procurement management and deliveries
- Arrange meetings, factory visits, and other events (including meeting documentation)
- Create and coordinate the contractual requirements regarding customer access to NC2
- Ensure that pre-established document control requirements are met throughout the duration of the project
- Interface with document manager by the customer documentation
- Support the creation and maintenance of deviations in the Non-Conformity system (ServiceNow Ticket and tracking the spare parts deliveries) and support in all quality topics
- Participation in project completion tasks (substantial completion tests, CE declaration, customer take over)
- Prepare all relevant documentation for the Handover PM to Service
- Support the PM/SM by the execution of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Guidelines and Policy Management System for HSEQ
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed technical or economic studies
- Ideally first professional experience in project management or in wind industry
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and script
- Competent with MS-Office, SAP and other planning tools
- Quick comprehension of complex tasks and profound technical understanding
- Systematic problem-solving behaviour, trouble-shooter
- Self-, goal- and customer-oriented working style
- High self-motivation and fun with varied tasks
- Strong organisational, communication and team skills combined with intercultural competence (team player)
- Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness and conflict capability
