JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Employ appropriate sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods
  • For all personnel, evaluate learning and development needs and organize learning and growth initiatives
  • Use recruiting strategies, such as job advertising, to attract candidates
  • Evaluate applications and resumes
  • Candidate sourcing through databases, social media, etc.
  • Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
  • Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
  • Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
  • Conduct interviews and shortlist for following phases
  • Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and employer
  • Host and plan job fairs to help boost company brand among candidates which includes manpower management, marketing materials, advertising platforms
  • Follow up with the event team to discuss overall impressions and high-potential candidates
  • Assist with any other HR administrative tasks


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in any related field
  • Outgoing and team player
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
