Marketing Manager [China]


 

  • Long -term Offer strategy planning based on global and local landscape, define go-to-market strategy with offer creation, optimize related policies / actions / promotion tools
  • Define the roadmap and priorities evolution according to the gaps on: Features, quality, compliance with standard, profitability....
  • New offer ramp-up, launching and promotion efforts to contribute to growth
  • BOC management to improve offer competitiveness to achieve growth target
  • Manages effectively and efficiently the 4Ps of the functional enclosure offer Primary Switch Gear. Monitor prices but also product & system cost, to maximize profitability.
  • Strong end to end optimize process and coordinate the action with plant, the Channel, Segment Technical Support and sales
  • Highly specialized in observing market dynamics and competition, Operational excellence in marketing approaches
  • Segment awareness and sensitivity to segment trends, and optimize the roadmap
  • Conduct competition analysis on overall market, specific segments and competitors/players
  • Contribute critical offer strategy in critical bidding, channel and partnership, specification, commercial policies, sales performance
  • Efficiently support BD and Sales
Qualifications
  • Experience in team management
  • Engineering (Electrical and Automation preferred) education background, Bachelor/Master
  • Extensive background in project management
  • Extensive background in segment and customer application
  • Strong knowledge of power products and have solid electrical system knowledge
  • Strategic thinking as critical competence.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence and work within a team environment to achieve goals
  • Fluent English both speak and write, fluent oral English mandatory and good computer skill

Primary Location: CN-Shanghai-Shanghai
