Your Role and Responsibilities
We work with our clients to understand their cybersecurity posture, organize the cybersecurity governance and develop the cyber workforce to support it, and ensure secure behavior is deeply embedded in the everyday working practices of the employees.
You can take on many different roles within the team.
As a Cyber Strategy & Governance consultant, you’ll help organizations prevent cyberattacks and advise them on how to protect their most valuable assets.
As a professional in Testing/Vulnerability Management, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to help our clients address the challenges they face and inspire their teams to achieve cyber vigilance and resilience.
As a Cloud Security architect, you will provide expert advice on both local and international cloud security projects where a diverse skillset and relevant knowledge of both IT and business aspects set us apart from the competition.
As a member of our Digital Identity team, you’ll provide expert advice to a wide range of clients on enterprise, customer, or citizen identity and access management (IAM) challenges. IAM is about unlocking the right resources, for the right person, at the right time. You’ll help our clients during their identity transformation initiatives, from defining a vision, strategy, governance, and roadmap, to functional and technical design, implementation, and even management of the solution.
Our Requirements
We don’t expect you to have deep Cyber security knowledge, business/compliance understanding or a lot of commercial experience for this Entry level Consultant role. In order to grow successfully in this role, we do expect you to be able to demonstrate the following:
- You are an IT/Computer Science (or similar) graduate, having acquired an MSc is considered a plus
- You have a basic understanding of IT architecture and development – and you will find your way around cyber related systems easily
- You are interested in the cyber security and enjoy going the extra mile to solve problems and deliver solutions by thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo
- Having background/familiarity or previous work experience such as an internship in cyber field would also be an advantage
- You are independent and have a strong sense of responsibility
- You are completely fluent in English, knowledge of German/French is a plus
