Export Customer Service Assistant Manager can be considered as a project coordinator. He/she will communicate with customers and Unilever’s internal departments to ensure the accurate and updated information as well as the smooth run of export projects.
Main Job Purpose:
- Make sure to receive the correct information and reply customer on time about the product/ schedule/ procedure of export;
- Work closely with internal teams to share all information about export products;
- Consolidate weekly/ monthly forecast from all customers, cooperate and follow up with planning to make sure the committed schedule is achieved;
- Make sure to provide account payable in time;
- Work with SCFN to provide the quarterly transfer price on time, helping them if any delay from related department;
- Request SCFN to provide transfer price if any new sourcing/ any change of packaging/ raw or etc... which customer require;
- Check transfer price carefully before sending to customer/ shipping team;
- Work closely with internal Departments to get the product spec and packaging spec / loading layout, set up new item code , update price list quarterly , make and send FG weekly forecast to shipping team for container booking/forecast, monthly export report to related departments;
- Get and make monthly KPI report among customers;
- Coordinate with planning to manage raw/pack stock and inform customer before applying new change;
- Follow up write off spreadsheet with planning and update to customer, get agreement before issue debit note;
- Work closely with relevant departments if any additional cost ontop occur but make sure to get agreement from customer in advance.
Skills and Experience Required:
- University graduate in Foreign Trade with at least 4 years experience in similar fields;
- Good knowledge of import-export field;
- Customer-oriented with high sense of responsibility and Ability to do multi-tasks;
- Strong and clear communication skill, negotiation skill and problem solving skill;
- Sound experience in dealing with Customs officers/Authorities;
- Good command of written/spoken English and computer skills.
