Clerk/Indoor Sales [Malaysia]


 

Job Description :

  • Responsible for service, maintain and grow existing customers and develop new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
  • To attend customer enquiry, provide proposal and quotation and follow up with customer until the sales process completed.
  • Responsible to resolve any related issues between customers.
  • Ensure customers payment is on time.
  • Execute sales operation process such as raising SO, PR and CN.
  • Collaborate with operation department.
  • Execute tasks assigned from Sales Manager from time on time.

Requirements :

  • Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Autocount.
  • Resourceful and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Enjoy meeting people and inquisitive in understanding customers needs.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic, charismatic and customer-oriented candidates.
  • At least 1 year and above of working experience in the related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
