JOB SUMMARY
Leading a team in Techtronic Industries Vietnam factory, take charge of Outgoing Quality Control and Process Quality Support. Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading OOBA Team to manage Outgoing Quality Control, ensure all products meet internal / external & Customer quality standards.

• Leading problem solving, failure analysis, non-conformance disposition, customer complain, ensure quick investigation and effective Corrective / Preventive Actions are in place.

• Alignment with CQA set up proper processes for OOBA including but not limited to prepare check card, sampling plan, process audit, non-conforming product disposition, data collecting system (Critical Features, DPPM, Data Analysis), etc.

• Maintain and optimize OOBA and management system (SOP, OI / WI) according to ISO9001.

• Ensure team /staffs are well trained with needed skills to perform required functions & maintain by quarterly

• Work closely with cross functional team to meet Department/Company goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality.

• Involve Customer/ Third party/ internally annual audit, process layer audit to ensure the right process to be controlled.

• Establish the internal target & implement action plan to achieve global goals.

• Handling customer returned products, rework, sorting … to ensure that goods properly corrected prior customer inspection.

• Daily, weekly, monthly reporting OOBA failure summarize.

Education
1. Bachelor of engineering or college of electricity, electronics, mechanical. 2. ISO internal auditing certificated is required
Experience

• At least 3 years in Quality field with minimum 1 year in an assistant Supervisor position. With working experience in metal, plastic and electronic products as well as manufacturing process quality management.

Knowledge
1. QC 7 tools

2. Understanding well about QMS

3. Team management

**Working Location: Dau Giay IZ - Dong Nai. We provide shuttle bus from HCM, Dong Nai
