The role:
We are looking for a Test Development Project Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, BWL/VWL or related fields, as well as a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. The role involves taking responsibility for a specific project related to test development, managing external experts, and keeping track of the project’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the development of tests related to the project
- Manage experts and coordinate their contributions to the project
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines are met
- Track data and success metrics related to the project
- Communicate with stakeholders and experts regarding the project’s progress and any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- MUST: be enrolled in a German university and be eligible for an internship
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, BWL/VWL or related fields
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to take responsibility for a specific project and manage it to completion
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to contact people and build relationships
- Basic data tracking and analysis skills
- Very good spoken and written English skills
