YOUR ROLE


As a Personal Insurance Consultant, you will provide an exceptional customer experience and maximise sales and retention opportunities by identifying customer needs in relation to Home, Contents and Vehicle insurance.

This role is a permanent position commencing Friday, 7 July 2023. Your 37.5 working hours per week are within 5 days across Monday to Sunday (anywhere between 8:00am to 6:30pm in the weekdays, 9:00am to 6:00pm on weekends). Rosters are locked in over a two-week period and one weekend is completely free!

You will undergo up to 12 weeks full-time training starting Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. The training will be delivered in a virtual classroom with some periods onsite and supported by our Trainers. Please note you must be available for the duration of this training and with no planned leave.

This is a hybrid working opportunity which gives you flexibility to work from the office and home. To work from home, you will need high speed internet connection, private home office and be within 1 hour drive from our locations in Auckland Albany & Sylvia Park, Palmerston North, Christchurch

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a customer service environment - call centre, retail or hospitality.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as unsupervised
  • Ability to multitask
  • Tech savvy and confident in using multiple screens, systems, and platforms
