The Role:

An exciting full-time opportunity is now available for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Rockhampton office team in the role of Customer Service Representative. This diverse opportunity will involve liaising with customers and corporate clients, receiving inbound inquiries via phone and email and assisting with various administration duties. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional customer service to our insurance-based clients & customers
  • Provide customers with regular job updates
  • Assist with reception duties
  • Coordinate access to properties
  • Provide support to supervisors
  • Update client portals
  • Manage phone & email inquiries
  • Handle job disputes & complaint resolution
  • Book appointments
Key Selection Criteria:

  • Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box?
  • Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy?
  • Strong customer service background
  • Experience working in a call center or office environment
  • Confident & professional phone manner
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond
  • Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
  • Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
  • Previous experience in the insurance or construction industry advantageous, however not essential
